Name of the initiative: Learning can be Fun!

Aim of the initiative: To encourage learning through activity based teaching
Overview: From the month of June 2015, activities for the all-round development of the children, of grades 1 to 4 at St. John’s School, will become part of the curriculum with Mitr’s “Learning is Fun” initiative. The school caters to the educational needs of underprivileged children and so far, have not had activity sessions for the children due to the shortage of funds.
You can help us provide these children with a more enjoyable childhood and a stronger foundation by sponsoring a child at Rs.1,000/- for the academic year 2015-2016. The amount will cover music, dance, art, craft, social interaction, recitation, story time for moral development and planned games.
